- Carnival area is now open
- (For DMs/EMs) Sigil Alley event area, clean up script now removed.
- (Experimental) The PC tools time function should now tell the time and date using the Sigil calendar. Or it might give garbage, as there was no way for me to test this feature at time of development. The Sigis agent in the Bazaar should also periodically inform people of the date and time... again, it could produce garbage.
