True Ambivalence! I am both Happy that it is done, and sad that it is not yet available as I am very much looking forward to trying it out in game.
At the bottom of the last page, Devil's Elysium brought up the question of how well this class works when mixed with Warlocks... I am kinda curious about that too. Has that been tested?

The best way to do that is to give it a feat that serves as an anti-requirement. Give it a
feat with no mechanics at 1st level called "Mage Slayer Lockout," and then a quick little
change to all the base spellcasting classes that disallows you from levelling in them if
you have Mage Slayer Lockout.
Then just make Mage Slayer have a prerequisite that you must have 0 levels in any of
the base casting classes. Even one level in Sorcerer, Wizard, Warlock, Cleric, Druid,
Favoured Soul, Spirit Shaman, Bard, Ranger or Paladin would prevent you from taking
a level of Mage Slayer.
This way, they both act as anti-requirements to each other. The moment you select
one option, the other option is locked out.

It would idiot-proof the system, for sure.
