Sigil: City of Doors

Not much for players today, but a couple of interesting things relating to the user placeables.

• New placeable: Arcane Circle (purchasable from Root of Nine like the rest)
• Placeables can now have their Z-axis changed (unfortunately the convo closes every time you adjust it at the moment. This will change with some functionality changes that are coming in the next version).
• Placeables can now have their descriptions set.
• cryptc and I have been testing new functionality to allow merchants to display their wares in a chest (or perhaps other placeables - only chests for now). This functionality is not yet available to players (unless we decide to give to a player to try out), but so far is looking ok. Next release may include this functionality.
• Scorcing Ray (Many) should now only be able to add sneak damage on first ray (before it would sneak on all rays).

WARNING: Don't stockpile the current placeables. There are some changes coming in the next version that may make existing versions unusable. Buy as you need, not more.
