What this concretely means is that you can, once approved to the EM-team, create events within these three chosen factions theme, be it one or multiple of them. It doesn't forbid using other factions, but it is advised to mainly revolve around the said factions in fashion that it may inspire people to take part in them and hopefully earn some faction points as well. Naturally it doesn't need to be something that only involves faction members, it can be if you so wish but that is not an requirement.
Other things that are fine: Just casually taking over some NPCs here and there and provide flavor or preparing/testing out the tools before event to ensure more smooth flow for the intended event.
The usual EMing rules otherwise stand.
How to Apply?
Just send a PM to me (Mr_Otyugh), Ceremorph or cryptc that you'd like to participate on the weekend faction theme EMing, no huge explanations or plans required.
