Sigil: City of Doors

I'll let the others post on the bigger things that came in this update, but I want to inform of a smaller adjustment I put in.

Races with LA now get less penalty on XP than before, to try even out that they were getting very hard to level in high epic levels, and a bit hard to use at all in low levels.

+1 to +4 have seen a moderate decrease of the xp penalty, and +5 and above have same penalty that +4 has (a hard cap on the penalty)

Hopefully should help high LA special races alot as well.

Well, i'm sure everyone has already noticed the new loading tips. Big shout to Mr_O for providing those.

Also, i made the announcement last week about the Planar Coin Exchange. Well, he spawns and works now, so feel free to start using them in trade. Their value is listed in their descriptions. Yes, you take a hit on the trade, but the money can't be taken by the death/respawn system, so it balances out, and adds the interest and immersion to the trading system. Hope to see people using them.

New high-epic adventuring area: The Shivering Prison. Portal can be found in one of the existing areas of Carceri.
