Sigil: City of Doors

Had a busy day, so only just discovered cryptc made the update.

So, assuming the changes work as planned, here they are:

• Sigis agent should now periodically call out the latest news. If there is no news, a default message will be spoken.
• Multiple conversation tweaks to correct spelling and grammar issues - thanks to Ravel.
• I hate to announce this, because i've announced it twice before and each time the update didn't take.... Bard Bacchae summon (Summon 2) should no longer have a level of FB. Should now have a Rogue level in its place. Will check this later.
• NPC remote should now allow you to set dance and play instrument animations on your NPCs (assuming their model has that animation).
• Thanks to Ravel again - CI and AS weapons should now be available from Jezebel. (Choose the new convo options).
• Chests in Gith Interior now give less gold. Hopefully making gold accumulation there a little less crazy. Further tweaks may follow in the future.

EDIT: Bacchae and NPC remote changes confirmed.
