Probable Template Race Bug

De-leveling template races (half-outsider, half-dragon, vampires, lycanthropes) may currently cause server crashes. At the very least two of those are strong suspects. That's at least my strongest suspect and would explain the irregular yet relatively frequent crashes. So if you are in need of re-leveling, it is suggested, at the moment, that you rebuild completely. (Rebuild = de-level down to first level and delete character, re-creating with identical name)
