Update 2/14/2016

I'm going to do the update 2 hours from the time of this posting.

So in today's update:

• Updates from Xndar to Psion class abilities
• Balancing of the Vampire Template PRC (from me)
• Alersia has tweaks for her Mercuria spawn rebalancing
• Adjustments to spawns in Clangor and the Demiplane, also from Alersia
• And yet more Alersia, with adjustments to the quest rewards for Layla and Thought Taker
• Fix to the Cadence of the Planes Apartments from Serena
• Various fixes from Neerepha, including to the Golden Bariaur and the Plane of Air

Please note, a fix to the missing wings issue and the deathknight appearance are NOT in this update, but both are being given high priority.
