Sigil: City of Doors

So some more wholesome fun for everybody. In this update, we have...

• Necessary fix to the appearance changer (Astral Eclipse)
• New Mage Slayer Prestige Class (Mick)
• New Slayer of Domiel Prestige Class (Me!)
• Wand of Sorting available from OOC merchant's non-human store
• New icons for crafted wands (Mick)
• Hall of Records area (Serena)
• Two new character background feats: Sacred Vow and Unhallowed (Me!)

Got to give credit where credit is due, thanks to Lady Lightning for making the actual icons. I just took care of the 2da/coding part.

Wand of Sorting available from the non-human store? Weird! The NPC remote is the regular store.

You might want to standardize the location, or put them in both.

Anyway, congrats Cere (or comiserations?) on the successful update(s?).
