Sigil: City of Doors

- Warlock buddy added (it has an icon in quickspell bar, and can activate certain powers as modes instead of using as spells)

- Bug in chest script that caused it to stop respawning in time was fixed

- Some areas/creatures changed

Now, after a week of small patches, I finally believe warlock buddy is working properly (mostly)

It allows warlocks to turn on and off 24 hour buffs with one button, invisibility with another, dark foresight with a third, and flee the scene... all renewed when needed

Also Hopeless Blow is now less hopeless since its selectable to start and automatically adds its damage on first attack each round.

Let me know if people still find problems, since I intend to send the improved version to the nwvault maintainer so other pws can (if they like) implement it.
