Server updated 12th of September

- Few new Under Sigil areas
- One new Paraelemental Plane of Ice area (apparently temporarily unaccessable... getting it fixed 13th day)
- loot chest script updated
- living undeath fixed
- clothing now weight 1lbs instead of 10lbs.
- Some minor bug fixing.
- Some minor monster tweaking.
- Automatic 24 hour restart notification should now work correctly (instead of server going down without messages)
