Server updated to hotfix

Server is updated, so feel free to update the game to the latest Obsidian patch (which is hotfix to 1.23 patch).
As side note:
- Some serverside updates were made too.
- Beastlands is slightly more rewarding... but will likely need more tweaking.
- Minor store price adjusting.
