We're currently in alpha stage and there are plenty flaws that we're seeking and fixing out. I thought about making few points what are Alpha stage attributes only before you'll cast judgment about the server structure.

Following items are for alpha testing only: (In beta they won't exist)
- Experience giver
- Gold giver
- ECL (Effective Character LeveL) changer
- Area tester item
- Raise Dead widget
These are for making it easier to test different parts, without need to run/level/grind always. While you can use those as you please, better not get too used or dependant on them.

Death system is changed to be 1 experience and 1 gold for alpha, but in beta they will be harsher, so while considering difficulty, better consider to use any means possible to survive still ;)

Also since we yet don't have very clearly made portal key guides in game, I decided to write them down here:
Gray Waste - Obsidian - Sigil Main
Beastlands - Belladonna - Sigil Main
Elysium - Flute - second floor tavern
Paraelemental Plane of Ice - Ray of Frost scroll - Lady's ward
Minauros - Black Lotus Extract - Sigil Main
Outlands - Shovel - Hall of Records
These all can be found from stores (and usually one is left nearby the portal, it's suggestable that you don't pick those out since it'll make it harder to find them)

How the portals and portal keys work:
- Portals by standard are 'hidden', each portal has their own 'portal key'. To make portals appear, you're required to have portal key and stand enough close them.

We are planning on making the low level portals easier to see by making some "tutorial quests" for new players. (as we don't want players to get frustrated if they can't find anything)
Would you feel like leveling normally to find out how it 'should be' during beta (well more or less), then here is the level ranges of planes: - Under Sigil (1-6) - Gray Waste (3-5 levels.. but level 1s can manage somehow, zombies are slow after all) - Outlands (4-9 levels) - Beastlands (7-10 levels... but these requires some balancing) - Paraelemental Plane of Ice (10-15 levels) - Minauros (15-20 levels) *soon to come: Abyss* [/li]
If there comes any questions, feel free to ask, we are after all trying to make it as clear as possible, but it's sometimes difficult to consider player point of view.
