A small one to fix some issues and also add something I know a lot of you have been wanting for a while!
-- Fixed an issue where two of the Unseelie were not spawning in Brux
-- Minor tweaks to the Unseelie Sirines to make them more challenging.
-- Removed Carceri quest NPCs for the time being.
-- Adjusted some of the items in the Lady's Ward Store
    - The item "Boots of Avoidance" is being modified due to an issue.
    - The modified Boots of Avoidance is available in the shop, and far less expensive.
    - Effervescent Aura spell failure changed from -15% to -5%
-- Added a +5 variation of Boots of Hardiness to the loot table
-- Carceri rest cellar portal is fixed
Next planned update will feature a new area!
