Update 4-1-20

Update patch notes for 4-1-20.
- New outfits added for male and female humans and human-likes. Look in MP, Cloth, and Leather. There are also 1-2 things for elves.
- New quest in Niflhiem
- New Quest: Debtors Pole (get in the Great Bazaar)
- New Quest: Soul Contracts (get in Gehenna)
- Fear Aura edited to fix DC on NPC's
- New Enchantments available, including Cast Spell: Faerie Fire, +3 ability bonus on rings, and new bonus feats on multiple categories.
- New Prison areas.
- The Slaad have returned! Along with their racial PrCs Gray Slaad and Champion of Chaos
- Spirit Shaman reworked to be Shaman. Details here
- New Gehenna areas added.
- Changed total point allowance logic so that quivers count as weapons, and silver/ cold iron count as special materials on weapons.
- Decreased On Use Cast unique spell to 1 point (effects Metalline and Quivers)
- Gloves/ Bracers should drop again.
- RP exp pool now feeds into the DM exp for the purposes of the passive exp boost you get every day (previously the RP exp pool was only accessable by killing monsters).
- RP exp ticks now a thing.
- Half Orcs and Half Ogres now use human bodies.
- Merchants fixed to sell the updated versions of items; Leilani has a new ring for sale
- There is now a merchant who sells training gear in front of the arena entrance in the gymnasium
- The Tattoo parlor now sells a Spell Resistance tattoo
- Trevor now stocks higher quantities of currencies in addition to the usual ones; he also has a higher buy limit

Player houses added/ changed:
- Sartorix (new)
- Katani (adjusted )
- Kelth (adjusted)
The above people will be expected to pay dearly for these changes.
