Tomorrow I'll take the server down for a while to look at BIOS settings and run some hardware/benchmark tests, in attempt to try see if that can improve the lag issues.

We've also made some adjustments to monster AI that we'll add to server soon which also should help prevent too big lag spikes. Please report if monster AI suddenly stops doing anything, or otherwise seems screwed up.
