More detailed patch notes for Gadwin's changes:
Gadwin wrote: PRC & DEMONOLOGIST & BLACKGUARD SUMMONS

A bit of rebalancing has been done to bring summons more in line with one another, with a focus on helping summon classes to outshine PrC summons that are free;

Succubus, Brachina, and Slaad PrC final summons' AC set to 29 (a point or two's difference in most cases)
Ashmede Adjudicator FB levels swapped for barb, it's still better offensively whereas the vrock is better defensively

Demonologist's final summons are now outsider/FB/WM/BG's. Additionally they have received 6 str, and their weapons now have cold iron / silver with minor vs evil enchantments for DR penetration purposes, and 2 vamp for staying in the fight a bit longer. Hopefully now demonologists are the alternative to Golem Master they were always meant to be!

Blackguard Henchmen TWF bug fixed

MAGE SLAYER

paladin fear immunity at lv 1

iron heart 3 granted at lv 1

curse guard 2m cd infinite uses, desc was incorrect as the script says its -5 and not -10

lowered CD of disruptive strike to 48s, updated desc with its originally debilitating effects

+5 SR to the formula of class lv x2 + 5 + CLVL; becomes class lv x3 + 5 + CLVL (20 + CLVL pretty much)

mage's shackles script rework to a flat 100% spell fail that decays by 10 every round

sunder magic granted at level 5, casts mords at CL 99, 10m CD

RACE CHANGES: DOPPELGANGER

Doppelganger statline changed to 2 int 3 dex 1 con

Doppelganger PRC "Shifting Infiltrator" 3 dex 2 con, guild thief sneak die increased to 3d6 <- do this, find the class feat entry 1007
(dex 1/3/5 con 2/4 sneak 1/3/5)

AREA CHANGES (CR referred to on GC; for cutter / clueless, take away 2 and 4 respectively)

Firstly, i'm going to start off with a change that is sure to be met with immediate backlash; i'm going to nerf the CR in water 2. Typically, CR is based off of creature level; the default is to add 2-3 CR on top. Water 2's mobs, while spawning in extreme density, has some instances where mobs were a whopping six CR above their levels. My goal is to prioritize that as much of the server be "useful" as possible so that people aren't locked to one area to get their levels; and that's hard to do with one area blowing the rest out of the water ,':^)

Water Plane 1: CR lowered very slightly (not even a full point, CR 18)
Water Plane 2: CR lowered slightly (1 to 2 on average, now CR ~21)
Water Plane 3: CR increases across the board (area now up to CR ~23-24), dispels removed from monitors, saves lowered
Earth Plane: CR increases across the board, reflex saves lowered (area now up 3-4 CR to ~13)
Great Rift: Umber hulks, stone scorpions' CR increased, saves lowered (2 for babies and scorpions, 1 for adults; CR16 & 17 respectively, on par with ooze plane)
Dao Mines: CR Increases across the board (~4 on average, CR 18.5)
Krigala (Beastlands): saves lowered, still CR ~23
Abyss: CR raised, now CR 26. a few of the stronger mob types were toned down. Note that this is the non-pazunia abyss accessible from broken reach or the maze portal.
Abyss Maze: non-gc CR now also scaled up. Still CR31.
Ice Plane Mountain: non-gc CR now also scaled up, Still CR31.5

CLANGOR: This one had the biggest change. Nobody ever ran Clangor for anything other than the loot, and the bosses were a good 20+ levels above the rest of the zone, which was CR20. It just didn't make sense.
Clangor is now a CR31 area and the enemies have received changes ranging from slight to major per unit. The soldiers are physically tanky but have far more manageable damage output than most bruiser types on the server, the casters are slightly more durable so they don't get straight oneshot anymore and have better spell access, the clerics will focus on healing others if not focused down, and the archers are more.. archer-y. I guess.

I wanted this area to be a high end zone where mages will really be able to shine and getting crit doesn't mean taking triple digit damage. The majority of enemy weapons leading up to the boss focus on dealing elemental damage with AB as oppposed to raw physical or EB. Each enemy type uses a different element.

In general, I went with defense over offense with these mobs for a change of pace. Their AC is high, their damage shouldn't be (outside of mages).

FOR REFERENCE; UNCHANGED
Karasuthra: CR21
Gith ruins: CR18
Pazunia: ~CR28
