Sigil: City of Doors

Here are the updates for today. (and sorry for everyone who was online and i said it would be quick... upload went really slowly).

• Planar Domains added for Clerics (witnesses a rush of clerics going to rebuild) - courtesy of Ceremorph.
• New playable races, including Dao, Marid, and 3 types of Mephits. Djinn female form available. Note: Mephit creature and feat descriptions missing because someone forgot to upload their TLK, this will be fixed next update hopefully - courtesy of Xndar
• Various fixes to the new creature weapon system - courtesy of Ceremorph
• Tweak to the xp_craft script - courtesy of Mimi
• Umber Hulk now gets Terran - Agony.
• Fix to error message on Jagged Tooth - Agony
• Fix to Samurai Kiai Smite - courtesy of ElectroHydra/Mick64
• Clay Golem DR fixed
• Nymph Kiss feat description fixed - TLK change by Agony. Script change courtesy of ElectroHydra/Mick64
• Animalistic power now has full caster level for Rangers - Agony
• Gauth Dominate Eye now has min duration of 1 minute and lasts 1 min/level - Agony

Update complete, server starting up again.

I don't know if anybody else is getting this but it's telling me the .tlk file is downloaded but cannot be extracted and to check permissions and some other techno jargon.

Is that an issue with the file or with something on my computer. I never had an issue like this before and my PC hasn't changed since 2009.

Hold the phone! Exited game and restarted it and things appear to be working now. Sorry for drama.

And the Orc is calming down again :)


Glad it got sorted!

The game doesn't like doing updates if you have not exited and restarted the client. Files get locked open, so the game can't update them.

At most times, when the Gauth Dominate Eye manages to dominate a foe you instantly get the message "You are no longer dominating the enemy".
Usually this happens in the Abyss because the enemies are constantly attacking one another there so maybe it has something to do with that?

This is happening even after the update?

Well, I tried it yesterday after the update so I think so.

Just tried this feature out this morning (02/07/2015) and I experienced the same issue I reported in another thread (in this thread), and that FriendlyNecromancer just noted.
