Sigil: City of Doors

Apparently last night the server was up and down multiple times.

I can appreciate how annoying this must be.

However, we are not aware of any reason for it to be happening. The server can handle more people than are on at peak times.

This means either there is some problem that we are not aware of causing this, maybe a new feature like the auto-sort feature causing it, or an old one that we are not aware.

In this case, if you notice that the server keeps crashing when you are on, think about what you are doing at the time and if there is a common thread, let us know.

The other option, although its remote, is that the server is under attack. A year or two back a couple of servers were repeatedly brought down by a misguided admin of another server who wanted to drive players away from those servers to their own. I hope it isn't the case here, but if it is, we will have to weather the storm until whoever might be doing it gets bored.

For what it's worth, I only noticed it after the update that
was supposed to fix the problem with auto-sort and the
mirrors putting things into your bags.

I can also attest to observations that crash frequency seems to have increased since the mentioned update.

Unknown if related, but around the same time one of my bags has recently begun acting like it has auto-sort on it even though has not been made to auto-sort before to my knowledge. Every time my character uses a poly-morphing effect his held weapons vanish into said bag.
