Good Morning yall!
Did a small Mini Update, nothing too Major.

Fixed Stun Duration Issues with Slaad Croak Powers, it is no longer permanent.
Psychic Theruge has been fixed, now it requires level 2 powers instead of 3.
Dissolving Weapons has been fix and is no longer a permanent effect.

Hellpower has been fixed.

several scripts refactoring and optimizations
