cleared up Description for Dervish Slashing Blades in the TLK, it should now be a lot more clear.
Fixed Psychic Theruge, it should NOW Properly progress Cleric and Psion's powers.

Several Bug fixes with Enchanting and Random Loot Generation.
Monk Flurry of blows should now properly work for all Creature weapons(including the new ones added)
Ranged Bug Fix for some of the new abilities.
Fixes in Logic to correct(hopefully) the Random Dispelling that has plagued us for years!
A new chat command, #tick that causes the user to get a server message in light blue every 6 seconds.
And more bug squashing!
