Removed some more obstacles to lvl 30 gaining xp, still searching codebase for others
Added razorvine whip to loot table for Carceri garden (small chance) and Forbidden Plateau (smaller chance)
Change all spells and effects that cause blindness to a 50% miss chance, except weapon on-hit (requires custom on-hit, hopefully next week)
Change Darkness spell miss chance to 40%
Change Crown of Flames to apply miss chance on enter and remove it on leave
Remove Sacred Vengeance
Remove Extra Turning requirement from Divine Vengeance and Sacred Purification
Divine Vengeance and Sacred Purification become instant actions
Divine Vengeance becomes +2 attack vs undead and +2d6 divine dmg vs undead, duration 3 + charisma bonus rounds (min 3)
Sacred Purification becomes 2d6 + charisma bonus (if positive) damage to enemy undead and same amount of healing to living allies (excludes undead and constructs)
Shield of Faith and Halo of Sand max at +6 ac
(note that it will not be possible to have a wand that grants +6 ac from above two spells, a wand will max at 5)
Halo of Sand gets added to Wizard spellbook as lvl 5 spell
Celestial Smiting changed to 1d6 positive damage, duration increased to same as other Half Outsider abilities
Fiendish Smiting changed to 1d6 negative damage, duration increased to same as other Half Outsider abilities
Remove Blindness/Deafness now also removes miss chance
Racial light spell by divine beings now removes miss chance in addition to blindness
