1) If you don't know PvP rules, then check the rules. Read them. Learn them. Understand them.
3) If you do not report the admin, the administrator does not know anything occurred. We do not read minds, if you do not report, you have no right to complain of Administrators inaction... you may complain of your own inaction in that case still however.
4) If you have an issue, don't start opening up to public about it, you'll just make yourself look bad. Be the mature one, remain calm, inform the admin or DMs about the case in private.
Read the points I put above... a selective few of thee will hear about me. I might be known for diplomacy, but I also know when diplomacy no longer works.
2) Players are not DMs little helpers, doesn't matter what faction your character is in. DM team does not approve any form of Out of Character vigilantism. If someone broke the rules, inform the DM team. At best you can inform them they broke the rules and point towards the rules otherwise.
