As you may know, we don't currently remove any characters from vault even though they are unused. The daily backup of the whole vault therefore is taking more and more time, causing a longer downtime once per day after crash or reset.
So I've written a simple script that will archive unused characters, one year after they were last logged in with. I've not run it yet, so if you have old characters you don't want to lose your ability to log in with, you have until sunday or so to log in with them once, to prevent them being archived.
Note, even if removed from your vault, the character isn't gone, just means that you would need to have an admin restore your character manually.
