Update in PRC requirements

We have lightened a few of the requirements on prestige classes that we felt were needlessly strict, and caused a limiting of builds.
It's important to note that on SCoD we differentiate between build and roleplay. Even if you pick Harper Agent prestige class you wouldn't have to rp that as being a harper, there are plenty other options that fit rp'ing its abilities. Since the number of PRC's in nwn2 is limited, it's nice to have certain classes open to more people as a means to get the builds they want.
Hence these changes were made:
Arcane Archer: Elven / Half-elven requirement was removed
Dwarven Defender: Dwarven requirement was removed (Stalwart Defender is more apt name)
Arcane Trickster: Now requires 1d6 sneak attack or death attack from any source (Rogue, Assassin, SToA, Blackguard, NW9 or Invisible Blade bleed)
Red Wizard: Human requirement was removed
