Sigil: City of Doors

A new merchant has appeared in the under sigil village, selling cheap magical goods. The Harmonium say that his goods is most likely stolen, but refuse to mount any big raid to under sigil.

OOC: This npc sells random magical items for a reasonable price, and they are all marked as stolen. He also buys back items for a minor sum (to get rid of boring random items)
