Shale sells the +2's and the festhall does not have any of them. Any idea where to get better ones?

Those sound like a custom item to me, might be something sold to him. Could be I've somehow missed "Gloves of the Red Hand" set entirely, but they do off the top of my mind sound like they're not a base set.

They are sold in infinite supply by shale. They are server specific, but was wondering if a useful version was available.
