Henchman And Summons Items?

Is there a way to give henchmen and summons items to equip?

Yes, with the NPC control tool that's available in the OOC room at least. You do have to tell your NPC to stand still, and in a lot of cases you may not get it back, in-case of summons at least, henchmen like the thugs, if they die, they drop it as a lootbag, there might be exception to the henchmens too.
