While your toolset/module is open View -> Module Properties -> from the properties window -> Hakpacks, then add all the scod haks in your "My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/hak" folder.

There you have it.

Ahh, another life about to be devoured by the toolset. XD

To access material from the HAKs, all you need to do is attach the HAK to your module. You can do this by going to View | Module Properties on the menu bar. Once the properties come up, click the "..." button under "Hak Packs" in the properties; from here, you can add one or more to your module, and their contents will be available to you.

However, I would like to add one caveat to this. The upcoming "major update" will involve new HAKs for creatures, heads, wings, placeables, tilesets, and clothing/armor. You may want to wait until these are rolled out in order to make sure that what you build will be compatible.
