How Do The Contigency Potions Work?

Once you make 10 potions can you stack them?

For the Sequencer potions, what's the level of the spell cast? The caster's level, minimum level required to cast the spell, some arbitrary number?

I'm just wondering how easily dispelled the buffs would be . . . .

I cannot make the claim of having fiddled with them for a greater extend, but according to "related" topics, spell's caster's caster levels are used for the spell durations and such.
