Help With Strange Lag

SCoD pings in the 100-130 area for me usually, Baldur's Gate at 235 as I'm checking just now.

No trouble here except the occasional crash, and Sigil Main murdering my framerate especially if I forgot to lower the distance of view all the way before entering it.

194 when it shows. sometimes it's not up there

When you lag out do you always crash, or do you just get out of sync to the point that when you make a command it won't get executed for like 30+ seconds?

When I lag, the game freezes. I do not wait for something to happen, I'll just hit the red X on the upper right corner of the window, and run the program again.

I'll rarely crash..all the action stops, then the infamous lag catchup happens.
