i dont have a char i play the most, im sitting on a vault with more than 30 chars, so like i said it depends on the char. but most do pump umd and other skills is why i collect able learner with almost all my chars.

So I'll cut the chase and go to the probable end goal instead: there are no building rules in SCoD, doesn't mean the server should be designed toward such ends.
