Hall Of Speakers Rp Ooc Thread.

Promotions are supposed to be put up for debate among the staff before they're given. So the EMs and DMs are all aware of who's getting promoted and why.
I like the idea of the sticky, though. I know there's a roster in the Fraternity thread that could easily be used as a template for exactly this.
As for ranks and such listed ICly on message boards, I see a few potential problems with this. Especially when people are trying to hide their faction or their rank for whatever reasons.

I'd suggest being less critical about contacting only high ups, doing that only makes you deny the chances of other members of the faction from participating or responding. It's hard for low ranked members to rise up in ranks if all everyone ever does is contact only the people who are already in charge. :P

I mean, my Oni Spookums, who do I go to speak to, to ask about Dusties? If I could just check a sticky on the Dusty page for all the Factotum +'s, I'd be a happy chappy who didn't need to bog all these threads up with questions :P

For Dustmen, you're probably out of luck unless you can find Emilia.

For a lot of other factions, the roll call threads were created to keep some sort of tabs on where everyone was. Like So. Not perfect, but about as good as anything that doesn't automatically update is going to be.

The only issue with some of these threads is that they've sometimes been buried instead of being stickied, and they're no longer updated.

They are stickies on most of the boards. Its just some DM's didn't set them up for their factions.

As far as the Hall of Speakers is concerned, its still last week. The entire meeting takes place on ( the real world date of) July 10th.
