Yeah, it boomed about 12:40am Central US time. Not up yet. Test server's still running though.

This has been happening quite a lot lately. My guess is DDOS attacks or other forms of hacking to bring down the server. I was on an NWN1 server that had this happen to it regularly.

What it turned out to be was that several people who were banned from the server had started their own, and were bringing down the server I played on to draw people to theirs.

Never underestimate the power of someone with a little knowledge and no life.

Actually it looks like the server itself crashed. Seems players are playing now though.
