It's not about playing a dragon. It's about playing the largest dragon possible and getting defensive when a majority of players find you filling up over half their screen.

Oh, and to get to one very salient point... yes, the change self wound up making it in specifically so we wouldn't have a bazaar full of giant lizards. The ability to use it when in an urban environment was the argument that got me and others to agree with having it there as a racial ability, not the fact that it's in PnP.

I understand you point. "But, my dragon is proud ! He wouldn't assume a pitiful shape if he have a choice !"

Well, he doesn't. Even dragons are humble when the Lady is around. Peoples got flayed for less than being a bigass huge dragon scaring peoples, being an hassle for the Dabuses and so on.

If you think that way, I'm sure playing a dragon shapechanged (and why not complaining about it a lot) would make sense for any character, short of suicidal ones.

Being large in Lady's eyes is not a crime. Lady takes action ONLY when

a) Someone threatens existance of Sigil or it's neutral state
b) worships or loathes her (or pays her too much attention)
c) Messes with Dabus in maleful way
d) Draws her attention

Otherwise she DOES NOT CARE.

I do not support barricading passages in Bazaar by dragon's arses, we all should understand, that it just technically causes problems and results in OOC prophanity. But I am decisively against using Lady as argument there.

But within Sigil, specifically the Bazaar, please try to spend little if any time in full dragon form or standing next to the brazier as a giant while being afk. It's difficult to navigate around, and realistically speaking, you'd be knocking things (and people) over pretty regularly, which would eventually earn the ire of law enforcement. *DUM DUM DUM!!!*

Either this unwritten rule is followed or, if people don't behave, the decisive thing would be the complete removal of dragons and similar races: "Hit one to educate a hundred".

And I challenge a huge dragon to walk through the crowded great bazaar without causing destruction of property or killing people, the first which can (eventually) get the wrath of the lady and the latter which would (quickly) get the attention of the Indeps and Harmonium.

Maybe we need to add more wandering npcs to just be in the way, and have them die if nudged by large races.

More likely the dragons will just be forced to be smaller models than currently (this is why we can't have nice things)

If it will be restricted only to cities etc. it can be a good thing. The size turns out to be really useful in combat, you can engage a lot of suckers at the same time. :P

That is actually another good argument to reduce the model size...

If this is what it comes down to, please make sure to reduce the size of Druid's Dragon Shape and Improved Dragon Shape too. It'd be appreciated. <3

Why? We never had any problems when Druids were the only one's permitted the large size.
