Conceptual Redesign Of Planar Binding Spells

Planar Binding spells are now domination-type effects when used on native Outsiders and ignore relevant mind-spell immunities. Duration is round/ 4 levels & daze effect when used on PCs.
They no longer summon creatures, neither paralyse targeted outsiders.
Greater Planar Binding (8th level)
Effect: Targeted outsider or elemental of not more than 18 HD + 1/2 CL
Duration: 1 round/ 2 CL
Saving Throw: Will
Spell Resistance: No
Special: Caster receives a bonus/penalty on the DC relative to the alignment differences.
Same on Law/Chaos axis: +4 DC
Same on Good/Evil axis: +4 DC
Different on Law/Chaos axis: -4 DC
Different on Good/Evil axis: -4 DC
These DC bonuses/penalties are cumulative. A True Neutral wizard attempting to bind a Chaotic Evil Horned Demon will receive -8 to their DC, while a Chaotic Evil demonologist attempting to do the same will receive a +8 bonus.

Effect: Targeted outsider or elemental of not more than 12 HD + 1/2 CL
Duration: 1 round/ 2 CL
Saving Throw: Will
Spell Resistance: No
Special: Caster receives a bonus/penalty on the DC relative to the alignment differences, as above.
Lesser Planar Binding (5th level)
Effect: Targeted outsider or elemental of not more than 6 HD + 1/2 CL
Duration: 1 round/ 2 CL
Saving Throw: Will
Spell Resistance: No
Special: Caster receives a bonus/penalty on the DC relative to the alignment differences, as above.

Ally should still be a Summon but the summon has kinda always been terrible, Just use the normal Summon spells as they will Summon Critters based on your Alignment anyhow, Like Angels/Demons/Devils/Etc

Ally is conceptually a different thing yes, I believe it was also being looked at but differently, don't quote me on that tho. There are so many summon related discussions all over the forums.
