Checking in to see if there are server rules about this, but with enough RP can a character rp their way along the L/C axis?

I mean if your bard starts meditating and singing in traditional hexameter, taking oaths to behave in certain ways for the sake of the muses can you ever get a pump to lawful or is there a ruling on the server that stops this in order to prevent class combos like monk/bard?

I was told a system is in place that you can lose some class features over that kind of change, but someone would have to confirm that?

There's automated system that disables some class features when the alignments clash. This affects mainly the original baseclasses where it is applicable.

Losing a couple features doesn't concern me too much, I'm just curious if it's a possibility at all as far as server rules go and DMs being willing to grant alignment points.

Usually players go about setting their own alignment. For example, when my character shifted from CG to CN I remade her with the new alignment because I knew what she had undergone to get to that point over a two-year span. With that said, EMs cannot adjust an alignment more than 3 notches at any one time and unless it were based around a specific plot and the DM could monitor the change over time, I'm not sure how likely it would be?

You can earn alignment shifts even if it goes against a base classes alignment. Just dont ask a DM to shift you back when the abilitys stop working.
