Item question

so I have seen a lot of +2 universal save items in the shops my question is are there +3 to +5 universal save items as drops. (that would be a +X to ALL saves not just one type)

I keep getting different answers to this so i figured i would just post, just want to know what is available.

I think i've seen a +3 in the Fest Hall before. That's probably as high as it goes though.

from the crafting list you can get items to boost up to +4 but only in specific save type and items.

+4 belt fort +4 boots reflex +4 amulet will

If I remember right.

Yes it is possible to get up to +5 all saves items in loot.
