When I bought NWN2 back in 2006 the buggy game was such a turn off I basically removed it from my system one week after and never touched the game til just a few weeks ago. I finally got around to seeing what persistent worlds were floating around just to see this curious server.

I am utterly surprised at the depth its creators went to create this server. Planescape is about the hardest I can think of type of scenario to create especially in a nwn 2 server and I must give its creators preps for how well built it is. It has renewed my interest in NWN d&d gaming and I look forward to seeing everyone in game.

P.S. Can I roleplay as The Nameless ;D?

I never thought I would find this gem.

No.

But what of having a new personality after every "death"? You know, make one of them Xaosmen to prowl the streets confusing the clueless.

This "Death" could be caused by other players through the simple action of convincing that you have no chance of surviving. This character of yours could fall numb and then revive with a new personality.

And of course, whenever you end up among the dead in their dome.

It doesn't mean that you would forget who you are, you would just turn fundamentally different from what you were before or from what others think you are.

Pulling that off well would be lot harder than playing a Mercykiller. Those hardheads can go around pushing people who do not agree with what they think. But a mercykiller doesn't make arrests, he would hunt only those who are found guilty by a court. If they witness a crime being committed, they would just write the description down and hope that it can be used to make the berk face justice in the long run.

They also take care of the leafless-trees.

Welcome to the server :)

I had a similar experience myself, reinstalling and checking the pws years after I first played the game... the server I played then was very fun to me then, but primitive to me now ;)

Hope you will enjoy playing here :)
