Are the individual items that make up the item sets listed anywhere? I see
Item Sets here, and it lists how many item parts there are. However, I don't see what those parts actually are.
Also, what
Tattoos are good? I was thinking Saving Grace for my Warlock. I'm also taking "See the Unseen", not "Patron's Grace". My unbuffed saves (at ELC30) would be: 15 Fort, 15 Reflex, 18 Will.

You can go to the tattoo parlor and examine them. Basically there's +5 in most anything you want and some other useful abilities/spell slots. They can be removed and changed at will.
The most notable thing about tattoos is that the stat + items work in shape-changed form.
I think it's enough to know what a complete set does.
Also, a very good IC motivation for discussions with merchants and skilled PCs (lore and things) to discover about set items.

That's not what I'm asking. The tattoos are all on the wiki too. I need to put that in. I'm asking if increasing my saves is worth it. Or should I not bother?

The thing is, the set items themselves have their own benefits. For instance, Binding Collar of Iggwilv has "Planar Ally", +8 Spellcraft, +4 Charisma, -4 Mind saves. That's more what I'm looking for. The actual attributes of the item parts.

Well, magic cap is +20. Easy-access meta items can get you ~+10. Greater res is +4 for 24hrs (wand). Other things like potions of Nightshield and a few other spells/abilities (bard competence/heroism) also add.
That's usually enough unless you are worried about dispels. Generally you don't need that high saves unless fighting PCs.
So, you'll have to do some adventuring and see what areas (if any) cause enough grief that you want that +5, in place of another useful tattoo.
Edit: but in the case that you don't want the items and/or spells for RP reasons, it might be a consideration.

Items get you to +20 actually.

I should add that the way the +20 cap works is:
over +20 does not compensate for negatives.
So negative saves can be significant if you get high enough into the negatives.

I seem to remember saves from items, spells, and nymph charisma all being part of the same +20 pool, while warlock, paladin, etc are part of a secondary +20 pool.
And Gazoo is correct. If you break that 20 cap, the extra points will never show up, even if you take a negative to your saves. The system only registers up to that 20 the same way it only registers up to 12 to a stat.

iirc, only the paladin save bonus is not included in the cap, due to the initial coding.
Pretty sure DOOL is under the cap...but not 100% sure on BG. Also I can't say 100% for scripting things here on Scod, as the script could be written in such a way to get around that - but it's more than likely just scripted as a magic save bonus to the race.
