do dragons if fighting in dragon form using there claw and bite, benefit from the the two weapon fighting feats, or do they not take the negative when using their creature weapons? I am considering a dragon assassin that uses their claws and bite but i'm trying to figure out if I need to take the two weapon fighting feats.

The size of the creature weapons is still relative and factored in. You can dual wield bite as primary and claw as secondary, or two claws. Look at the size of the claws, though. If you're large and they're medium, you should be good. I'm not 100% on weapon finesse with dragon weapons, though. I'll let Alersia or Cere chime in on that.

Depends on the size of your dragon since it changes the size of the weapons, medium dragon with small claws dual wielding is good to go but you're gonna have a hard time improving due to -2 Dexterity

so your saying as a medium dragon i do need to take the 4 two weapon fighting feats?

I am saying depending on what you want taking all the feats will be require a heavier investment

shadow dragons don't have the -2 to dex so i am trying to figure out if since they creature weapons are in a sense built in weapons if i equip both claws will i take a negative to hit or do i need to take the 4 two fighting feats, making her a duel wielder or is she already a duel wielder with natural weapons?

natural weapons are just weapons that classify as creature weapons, that is all there is, you can use finesse with them and they function as any other weapon.

Two-weapon fighting works as normal with dragons. Just think of it as if you're wielding a long sword (bite) and a short sword (claw), or two short swords (claw/claw).
