Sigil: City of Doors

I want to learn new languages on Fielwen, and I cannot, although I have progressed several tiers in my intelligence... ((I should have a lot more languages than I do)).

How does one do this?

you can usually rp learning a new languange if a dm thinks you put enough Effort into it he can grant you it. but you just don't gain languages because your int went up. even in PnP one had to spend 2 skill points to gain a language beyond what they knew at creation.

Please contact me via a forum PM if you would like to work towards learning a new language. I'd like to get information on how your character is approaching the learning process, what resources they have at their disposal (e.g. time/source materials) and at least the amount of languages they possess already. I recall the UI is capable of handling at least 8 languages. Maybe 9? After that things get inconvenient.

A DM can grant them. Contact them if you feel your PC has done enough to learn, with evidence etc etc.

Ah. That'd mean it'd have to be repeated anytime there's a rebuild for a character?

Yes, but its usually not a big deal.
