In the change log it says there were updates to the Psion, i was uhm just wondering what changed, If i Should remake my Psion or not because of any of the changes? or was it just bug fixes?

Nothing was changed which affects you unless you have a Psion prestige class I believe. The change adds a line of feats named tiers which tell if you have a manifester level, you get one each level and they do nothing. I think it just swaps around how feats are checked for prerequisite level to help prestige classes.

Would that affect my illithid with the racial PrC?

From what I understand not much, I think maybe you can avoid issues of not having enough Psion levels to have the prerequisites for metapsionic feats. If you already finished leveling I don't think it will affect anything.

This is why rebuilds are a thing!

As SJ said, this update is intended to help PrCs get better access to metapsionic feats (where previously PrC levels did not contribute toward qualifying for metapsionic feats, now they will).
