is there any plan to implement the planescape tattoo system into the PW?

Uhm theres a Tatoo saloon in the hive ward


and in apperance change you can make tatoos on youre arm ! =)

Yes there is, although not identical to how it was in torment

In the meantime, for those with HUGE imagination and gumption, one of my toons works as a tattoist (amongst other things) if you find her, if you have the jink and the daring...you might just get a tattoo done :P
