Ranger/paladin Spell Progression Questions

i am curious as to what levels access is gained to each circle.

also, do they qualify for prestige classes earlier as well, with the full caster progression?

If they get the required spell levels earlier (haven't checked, no time, at work) then they qualify for spellcasting based classes earlier. Otherwise not.
