Shady Merchant AKA Gamble Merchant drops

I'm curious what other items players have gotten out of the shady merchant. The shady merchant in under sigil village can supposedly drop items with any non epic feat on them.

I've spent the last few weeks and done maybe 15-20 attempts on rings and at most gotten extra music from this merchant, the rest has been misc spell slots, AC or saving throws verses races, HP, and spell resistance. for weapons I've gotten a +3 vampire and +3 damage enhancement, so there seems to be some rules that certain enchantments can't go on certain items. Often I've heard players recommend if they don't want sun soul boots to go gamble for +5 AC dodge boots off him.

So What other useful traits have players found? I'm curious as I hate spending so much money without seeing something good.

The traits are pulled from a list of possibilities. Now that enchanting has been expanded on for rings, the only things that are worthy of gambling for at the shady dude are:

Weapon Proficiency Rings
+5 Uni Save / +HP Rings / Amulets
Plain +5 Dodge boots
Extremely Rare boots (multiple sources of Dodge AC, Regen 1, Uni Saves, etc)
