I'm sorry, but the hard level cap set for NWN2 is 30.
Dragon clan monk usually refers to Monk X, Bard or Sorcerer 1, RDD 10.
Anyhow, I'd reccommend a Rogue 10, Shadowdancer 5, Monk X build.
(The White Mask Tattoo was made for feinting, and it is what this build does.)

I always prefer Monk 16, cleric 1, Shadow Dancer 5, Sacred Fist 8.
Can't do a monk/bard/RDD...etc.. unless you get an alignment shift but even that may deactivate one or more monk/bard abilities and arcane doesn't work well with monk builds because they don't need chr for anything.
The above suggested monk build synergizes well, even makes use of shadow dancer 5 (so you are not cheesing the SD class for HIps). Only problem is, is that it is fundamentally a sneak, burst build that relies on buffs that can be easily dispelled against a smart player or AI.
Fixed**

A Bard or a Monk out of the proper alignment, only looses their ability to gain new levels to the appropriate a class. A Chaotic Good Monk 11, Fighter 1 fights just as well as Lawful Good Monk 11, Fighter 1 - same holds true for the Bard.
A Lawful Barbarian does not have the ability to Rage, but it is pretty much just the Divine Classes that loose things if they stray away from their appropriate class alignments.
In addition, I would like to clarify how my non-casting character builds are designed without the requirement for magical gimmicks and trickery. ;)
And the only true form of 'cheese' in NWN2 are the Divine classes.

The Reason for me Going with Monk Spirit Shaman and Sacred fist was because they fit the Dragon Clan monk style.. and the Rokugan Setting.. Magic Derives from spirits in their world. and i intend on having The magic Represented by Tattoos.
As for Shadow Dancer That in no Way fits the Dragon clans Style.. as it is dis-honorable to hide and Strike from the Shadows.. Thats what the Shinobi Do.. and they are outcasts and killed on sight

have to agree with lost....spooky.
no stabing from shadows so LN or LG only.
monk 15 is silly 16 for unarmed to get adamintine fist.
though if going duel kama 11.
could see monk 13/ Paladin 5/ sorcerer 2/ rdd 10
or a monk/druid/cleric/
FS/monk/cleric/paladin for good cheese factor.
I have always wanted to see a monk/DD/SB build

I would personally try a monk/Paladin/sorc/RDD.
It will be bad AC, but if you get a good dex, high str (RDD) and decent Charisma (RDD), you might be able to squeeze in Divine might/Epic Divine Might for a Flurry of punishment.
But if your are really attached to Spirit Shaman, it won't be as effective a build as far as optimization. If it is purely for RP purposes it is totally viable to fit anything you want, but you will be outclassed and out matched by other monk builds if you care about silly things like that.

Being one that plays a Spirit Shaman... there's quite a few spirits round about SCoD. Fey, elemental, incorporeal undead and such are count as spirits.
