Combining Essences?

Just curious if anyone knew the total number of ranks need in Craft Alchemy to combine essences? Mainly Glowing into Radiant. I like having the skill so I can present enchanters with all the exact required materials when needed.

You can combine essences per the following equations at the specified skill ranks

• 2 Faint = 1 Weak at rank 5
• 2 Weak = 1 Glowing at rank 10
• 2 Glowing = 1 Radiant at rank 15
