In case someone is really interested in statistics, I decided to post most recent stats of character names listed by starting letter... in case someone wants a pointer to which starting letters to use (or avoid).

I'm not sure about that.

You've posted the list before, and it only had one registered "Ä", inspired by that, I created a character with the first initial letter "Ö".

You've posted the list before, and it only had one registered "Ä", inspired by that, I created a character with the first initial letter "Ö".
And I could find no such char in your account on the database, so it is registered under different name there.

It comes out as "Ã-" as cryptc mentioned... you can complain to Obsidian if you don't believe. It might appear as Ö in game, but not by the bic files.
