Harmonium Officers declare emergancy meeting, details are not yet known!
Measure One Alice Kordiva and her rapid response team braught an emergancy meeting to light last night, the details are unclear. However, one of the Notaries on duty aswell as another Measure known as Measure One Amaku Yamikaze had this to say on the matter:
From our interview with the Notary:
Its big, Kordiva and her response team's got it big, they're popular with the ups and not so much with us Notaries. Chant is that the Measure's long been due for a promotion to Mover status but the fat chance of that happenings a million to one, let me tell you! If she ever becomes a Mover I will eat my own helmet!
Measure One Yamikaze didnt seem so sure of the Notaries earlier comment:
I cannae nor will nae speak on behalf of a fellow Measure, we all got our own methods to dealin' wit crime, 'owever, ill say this, Alice is a passionate one, and her recent returns dragged up alot of questions we in the Harmonium will be asking an inquiring..., all we know is, she has a big plan for Sigil and we are trying our best to support her reasonably in t'matter.
What ever the Harmonium are up to, they seem to be keeping tight lipped on the matter and none but their highest ranks seem to be willing to discuss anything of it, we attemped to get an interview with temporary station mover Tonat Shar but he only had this to say:
We are a pragmatic force that keeps all options open-minded. I cannot say we will resort to extreme matters of station, but if Sigil cannot be tamed peacefully, then we may have to attend to less diplomatic means of keeping the cities well being in line.
That said, we are a negociable faction and we will remain as ever open-minded on this subject.
The Mover immediatley proceeded to discuss something in confidence with some of the other Measures, what ever it is, it appears to have the Harmonium stirred enough to call emergancy meetings yet tell the public nothing of what they entail.

A Throne Lord slain! The Fey-War turns a twist...
Our reports on the front line! In Brux earlier this week the war effort turned in the favour of the Unseelie who appear to have gained an early advantage on their enemies. A Throne Lord of the Sidhe Vanguard was slain outright by a group of mercinaries employed by the Unseelie to eliminate their more morally elitist opposition.
We tried to speak with the still nameless blind-folded woman, whom caught our S.I.G.I.S crew roaming nearby an Unseelie fortification she simply had this to say in return:
The Cage's affairs dont concern the Planes and the Planes affairs dont concern the Cage, Pike off and take your crew of miscreants with you before I have you shot for spying on Unseelie Ground.
Well, certainly a pleasant welcome. We immediatley took our bags and left to try and find the opposing front, where we managed to interact with one of the Sidhe Rangers, though they seemed the quiet type, we have recorded the log of the conversation for the public of Sigil to take interest in:
Reporter: So..., do you come here often?
Sidhe: . . .
Reporter: ...Right..., well, I need to ask you a few questions, given the banner of your outpost, you are a Sidhe are you not?
Sidhe: . . . (After a brief pause, we had a nod)
Reporter: I see! Well its a wonderful place you have here, do you mind telling us more about it?
(At this point our reporter was found laying in a puddle of their own blood, with only an arrow stuck in their throat and glasses, we were forced to retreive the corpse and told never to speak of the location we had found).
Regardless, it seems both factions are tense and on edge, now that this Fey-War has gone into fullscale conflict, one wonders whos side is safer to fight for, if any at all? And who will be caught in the crossfire.

Athar marches to be organised soon, propaganda campaign continues to win Hive support!
The Defiers, The Lost, The Athar, we all know these cutters but rarley have they been as active as they have now. The Athar are promising an excting morale inspiring march through The Hive which will offer a free cantina service, recruitment propositions and shelter to the homeless for an entire week free of charge!
The date of which this particular event is to be launched remains yet unknown but Factor Mortinar promised us that it would be "something magnificent", having this to say on the subject:
The Hardheads are barging around across all of Sigil, the Hive, the Lower-ward, it does bother us that they are so nosey and constantly trying to push around everyone else.
We want to give the public an alternative choice, and we mean to help people, we really do care about those poor sods in the street so what better way to show it than to tell them what were all about?
We dont follow some pious gods and righteous allmighty word of supremecy, but the great unknown does give us some insight into possibility that maybe, just maybe there is some divine source, something our Believer allies constantly strive to find.
We however want to be practical, without them so called 'gods' power, these cutters are just homeless berks in need of someone to look after them while their 'deities' try to bypass the lady only to be flayed by her wrath.
Now ask yourselves this, how's that even possible? I was under the impression these allmighty gods could change planes, stop time, supposedly build nations in days and feed some poor homeless berk desperate for an answer.
We, are the answer, there are no gods, no divines comming to help, Sigil, theres the great unknown, but who truley knows where it comes from or how it does? We have clerics, even paladins, you know, who can still wield some of the most divine powers and yet they have no god to wield it for? Whys that? Because the keys in ourselves somewhere, the answers all around us, and we Athar, want to show people just how were going to find it.
So expect us soon Sigil, we will be your hope and prosparity... we will be your honor and charity...
...We will be your Light in the Darkness.
Cryptic words, especially the last sentance that came from her lips. We wondered if she was aware of The Shaper's recent situation and the fact he appears to be confronting according to rumor The Athar faction, perhaps this Factor knows more than shes letting on in the affair, perhaps there is a story to tell about this matter.

...But time will tell us more.
